Anyone who starts at GAMBIT gets to know Vanessa on their very first day. As part of the onboarding process, she always organizes a short photo shoot. This is how Vanessa comes into contact with all the new "gambits".
For Vanessa, quality is clearly more important than quantity. It is important to her to only work on projects if she can give them enough attention. This allows her to provide her team with the best possible support.
Vanessa attaches great importance to internal communication. That's why she likes to act as an interface in projects between different departments - and is well networked throughout the company.
Vanessa really appreciates the fact that there is a lot of variety in her day-to-day work. She never gets bored in her private life either - on vacation, she loves going on adventure trips and exploring faraway countries on her own.
