Franka Scharf is a Change and Education Trainer at GAMBIT. Among other things, she is responsible for the GAMBIT basic training concept and various training courses for change managers.
Franka can answer the question of what is important to her at work with one word: humanity. Whether customer or colleague, for Franka, encounters are best held at eye level.
Franka worked in a corporate group for twelve years. Then she moved to GAMBIT. She is proud that she has now managed to master completely new tasks and develop further here.
An innovative training concept supports new GAMBITs in their first few months. It helps them settle in immensely. Franka hears this again and again from new colleagues.
